With planets in mind, I made a 'small' scout craft designed to scout their surfaces, and patrol the outer perimeters of your base. With a similar wing/nacelle to the Bulm, it should, in theory, be able to keep itself hovering in a planets gravity, mind you, that is if Ion engines still function in atmosphere.
