Spanish Ministry of Equality launches "All bodies are beach bodies" campaign
The Spanish Ministry of Equality encouraged all body types to enjoy the sun on the beaches of Spain, with a campaign called “All bodies are beach bodies”.
The Ministry of Equality of Spain, which invites women of all sizes to the beaches with the slogan 'Write is ours', has launched a new campaign.
WOMEN CALLED
Social Services Minister Ione Belarra, who invited women of different heights and body types to the beaches within the framework of "inclusiveness" with the campaign called "All bodies are beach bodies", made a call to all women on her Twitter account. Morillas shared, “Different bodies in all areas, free from gender stereotypes. Summer is ours too. Free, equal and diverse.
In the posters prepared for the campaign, photographs of elderly, overweight and thin women enjoying the beach were used.
The poster said, "Summer is ours too. Enjoy the summer however you want, wherever you want, with whoever you want".
Antonia Morillas, leader of the Spanish Women's Institute, stated that physical expectations for women affect women's self-confidence and violate their rights.
