It's really been a while, but I am finally continuing this.

Tough floor that consists of 3 areas taken from SoD Extreme I - floors 16 (starting area), 4 (root tunnels) and 11 (elevator section), hence the map name; blended with some unique areas/rooms.

Secret exit is located in the second elevator to the left (the one with 1UP), while regular exit is in the first elevator to the right.
