Speed is over-rated

Here's a fun scenario that is great to show why you shouldn't focus too much on speed.
My score is not top tier but is still quite good, and as you can see i'm relatively slow and non-snappy. The end acceleration of my flicks are kind of poor, and yet it's still fairly efficient. This is because, quite generally, transitionning from a snappy flick with big acceleration at the end, to a relatively precise tracking is hard.
Target switching is therefore not all about speed, it's about finding the correct speed and accelerations (particularly at the end of the flick) that does not damage the tracking part too much.
Feel free to experiment, and to try to flick super fast with a snappy end. You'll see that your wrist/arm will be kind of locked, so your tracking will be very bad, and you'll be much less efficient
