This happened on a couple of my attempts on the game "Spot: The Cool Adventure": once during a practice run and another on a recording attempt, but I only managed to record the latter. On rare occasions after completing the level, Spot randomly appears from the left and the game doesn't transition to the bonus level or the overworld at all. I can't control him at all and since the time stops upon level completion, I can't rely on time running out so my run is essentially ruined and I had to start all over again.
