Spyro 3: Year of the Dragon Texture Hack | Enchanted Towers (Midnight Towers")

This is a texture hack that works in-game. It is "Midnight Towers", which uses textures from Midnight Mountain, but is primarily using the original textures with edits to the colours to match the Midnight Mountain grass.
