Squad : Leading New Players into the Fray
42New kids on the block.
I jumped into today to help out the new players and get them a customised to the main core game mechanics. And took the squad leader role. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Having had some bad experiences with two idiots hell bent on ruining it for everyone earlier today, this was great something very enjoyable.
Learn by teaching others. I hope to do some more Squad leading in the future as it really helps you understand how complex and difficult it can be to keep your team together and motivated.
Each Squad leader, leads differently I have a lot to learn myself. As more people gain the confidence I hope more new players will use microphones as many in game did not making squad to squad communication difficult. Don't chose the squad leader role until you have the very basics mastered.. keys.. how the game flows, how to communicate.
