90kg squat.
Seemed heavier than it was, mainly cause I wasn't using my Ipod :p
Have hit 274lbx4 this is a deload and a new form being learnt, trying to to ATG, at least hitting parallel, Back not rounding at parrallel , starts rounding at max depth. Form much MUCH better than before though... Still working on it.

~2 months after fresh recovery from Typhoid(lost everything, down to 74kg from a lean 81kg). Strength & size almost upto par on most exercises(Now ~83kg).

The video was supposed to be a serious form check but ended up being quit funny because of the camera men, so for enjoyment purposes I didn't cut that part out :P
