Why does Lancer not only have Chie's Persona but also Sexy Dance?

[Strategy]
These guys may be a bit of a pain due to the fact that they have three-stage multi-target buffs, but luckily, we're given a lot of Dekaja Gems. Therefore, we can technically out-buff them. However, aside from the buffs, each character has tricks of their own. Kris has Slash skills as well as a Mind Charge and/or Power Charge he can give to anyone. Susie has Curse and Strike along with an attack that can inflict Dizzy. Ralsei has Bless and barriers. Finally, Lancer has Nuke and Ailments.

However, since I know their weaknesses, I brought along FL Chan, Morshu, Naoto, and Yosuke. FL Chan for Kris and Ralsei, Morshu for Susie and Lancer, Naoto for Susie and Ralsei, and Yosuke for Susie. As usual, it's usually best to buff your team out before you can deal out any damage. Yosuke's Youthful Wind and Naoto's Mind Charge will be especially useful here.
