Need to know: you need to build a simple cargo bay to import (green) or export (red) goods in the same system (name it, SOL, or ALPHA CENTAURI, and so on). With outposts in two different systems, you need to build an inter link cargo bay and to provide he3 to the fuel tank. To use goods as in, or as out, you need a proxy container (gas for ARGON or HE3, solid for AL or CU, and so on).
Two extractors fill a container. You need a container per link to avoid breakdown.
