This is "start thinking soldier" , an ad campaign released by the British Army to recruit people from 16 to 24 old.

The simulated missions will cast you as a soldier in first person point of view. Using both video and realtime 3D this game emphasize over realism and immersion.

This video included the summary overview of the campaign. Also included is some of the missions i played at the website (link below). Quite a few of the original missions from the campaign are no longer available to play but still , the missions left available should give you a taste of what you might expect from the army. It's simulated army training.
