Not Losing the Plot. My Allotment Diary. Now in mid October the weather is still unseasonably warm (occasionally). I continue with the pond removing years of soil thrown onto the side of the allotment. It is good top soil! Will be very useful in the future. A kind local person donates some tool "coal bunker" type storage boxes. I build some bug and froggy hotels for the winter period to help wildlife.
