I'm not sure if it is a story driven action adventure or just a souls like hack n slash game. The combat is quite complex, but seems to be built on a heavy blocking basis as lots of combat moves stem from it. The enemies also have scripted timings for attacks and when you will be able to attack them. The graphics are okay and the performance seemed fine. It just comes down to whether you want to put in the time and effort to learn all the combat complexities. There is a very nice in-game training feature to help you learn each of the different player combat moves, etc.
