Very well known modder. This file's one of their more obscure files.

So, this file is one of those that WinDEU was commissioned for, and I got permission! This is the first port where I tried using PandaTemplate (engine-side implementation of Template One) if you have it. I think it worked out nicely.
Mod changes:
If you have drawsize, you can have consistent drawsize
The intro mods aren't delayed for 1/4 of a beat

Internal changes:
If you have PandaTemplate, we'll use that
Did some zoomz for one part of mini
Made the judgment act like negative mini does something
The file is beat-based now.
Init can be done at Init, and not be delayed
Turned the arrow pool into a for loop
Added extra ztest static for widescreen
Used ratios to scale things like position, zoom and vibrate
