The Super Metroid Randomizer generates a rom with item locations shuffled around. Many ammo packs are removed and key item locations aren't where you expect them, so you need to use your map knowledge to know where to go, develop a game plan, and move forward.

There are three difficulty settings: Casual, Speedrunner, and Masochist. I've chosen the Speedrunner difficulty, which removes a lot of the ammo and health expansions, and may force you to do some neat speedrunner tricks to sequence break sections of the game to actually progress. I'm not a speedrunner, but I know the game pretty well.
