The factory foreman and manager of Fact-o-mart, Rich, is realizing that his storage solution has a couple of flaws in it with the first design. He hasn't made any SKU's for them, and the smart sorters know of only one destination for those products, the SINK! Meanwhile, a steel beam shortage has everyone scrambling to start up new production lines everywhere as the crew get close to their space elevator goals!
