This Sudoku uses the Circuit Sum Lines, Region Sum Lines and Consecutive Pairs constraints.

📋 Puzzle Rules:
• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Digits at the endpoints of each blue line are the same and indicate exactly how many unique digits are on that line including those endpoints.
• Blue lines are also region sum lines. Box borders divide the blue line into segments with the same sum.
• Digits joined by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
