This puzzle has a lot of different rules, so if you're confused you can watch the video at the timestamp where I go over all the rules.

Standard Kropki: Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive, and by a black dot are 1:2 ratio.
Standard XV: Digits separated by an X sum to 10, and by a V sum to 5.
Standard Killer: Digits in a cage must sum to the clue in the top left corner of the cage. Digits cannot repeat in a cage.
Standard Little Killer: Clues outside the grid indicate the sum of all the digits along the diagonal pointed to by the arrow.
Standard X-Sums and/or Sandwich (solver must determine):
- Each clues outside the grid is either an X-Sum or Sandwhich clue.
- X-Sums clues give the sum of N digits starting at the cell closest to the clue, where N is the digit in the cell closest to the clue. So a clue of 10 could be for a row starting with "316".
- Sandwhich clues give the sum of the digits between the 1 and 9 in the row.
