SUPERHOT: MIND CONTROL DELETE is the third installation in the SUPERHOT franchise, released July 16, 2020, which tells the story of a player in SUPERHOT that cannot stop playing the game, and is begging the System for more. When the System sees how much the player wants more, they add a lives system, a hacks system, cores, and new levels. Normally, you have 3 hearts, when using MORE.core. However, when using another .core, you only have 2. Instead of how you would die in the older games, you now just lose a life but continue playing, however when you run out of lives you must restart a node. A node is a collection of levels that can be compared to a smaller scale of Super Mario Bros' worlds system. There are 43 total nodes according to a comment on this Reddit post, each one getting progressively harder. Some nodes are short and some are long, from 3 levels up to 15. Nodes can be optional. The new game also features new enemies, weapons, features and others.
