This is a higher quality remake of a video I originally made back in 2012. This was recorded on a VCR a few months ago (I believe early June of 2015), so yeah the quality is still a little cruddy but a step up from recording a TV screen with an external device.

Here's how to do it: Go to the starshroom via warp pad then stand near the warp pad on the starshroom and attempt the flutter jump glitch, after flutter-jumping for a while, Starship Mario will become invisible, all you will be able to see the Lubba, the helm, and the warp pad. When the starshroom gets invisible, Move your nunchuck and try to flutter jump to the left. When those objects leave the screen (or get to the very edge of the screen), stop flutter-jumping (or jump off of Yoshi) and fall. Eventually, you will die on the Starship, getting a Too Bad (Game Over if you have zero lives left). The funny part is you don't lose a live (however, you can still get a game over if you have 0 lives remaining).
