In which I died in the first Croco battle. I ended up with a 34 min 44 sec time once I returned to the Mushroom Kingdom as Mack, the first major boss, invades. I later looked at the forum thread again and yes, dying and retrying still counts into the timer, so screw it. I'll restart. I feel like I should at least fight with Mack before I die for the first time in this game. Maybe not even him.

Not bothering to add a "story thus far" summary here after all.
