Notes:

- The ranking is based on the damage that the moves inflict at their maximum potential
- Custom Moves are excluded
- Shulk and Olimar are excluded since their Neutral Specials deal no damage at all
- Villager is excluded since the damage of his move depends on the move that he absorbs
- The Mii characters that were used had default weight and height
- All attacks were used fresh
