This video uses the Super Smash Bros. Infinite expansion for SSBB by secretchaos1, which is personally my favorite SSBB mod. Below are the instructions on how to use this with Dolphin Emulator.

IMPORTANT! Read before using!

Classic Mode can't be played when using Super Smash Bros. Infinite 3.0! Trust me, I've tried AND cried. (Didn't actually cry, though.) 2.5 does work, however, so the download to that is below in case you want to use Classic Mode. Both versions are great, so give them a try!

INSTRUCTIONS:
---
1) Play a pre-existing Brawl ISO on Dolphin to add a new image file titled "sd.raw" to C:\Users\Your username\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Wii. This is the virtual SD card file Dolphin uses.
2) Download the Dolphin version of either SSBI 2.5 or 3.0, which will be at least 1 GB each. Extract the files anywhere you want.
3) Open sd.raw in WinImage (I don't recommend cracking it to the full version, but it's probably not as bad as pirating an entire game) and import the folders titled "apps", "Codes", and "Private", as well as the files "config.dat" and "gameconfig.txt". Then, click "Save" and exit.
4) In Dolphin, open the config menu and in the Wii tab, make sure "Insert SD Card" is selected. After that, right-click your Brawl ISO and make sure "Set as default ISO" is checked.
5) Extract the GeckoOS files anywhere you want. Then, in Dolphin, click "Open" and select "boot.elf" in Gecko1931\HBC\Gecko1931. This will launch an emulation of the Gecko app.
6) Go into "Config options" and make sure the hook type is set to "AXNextFrame". Click "Save config" to apply your settings.
7) Launch the game from there.
