Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix PlayStation 3 version of the game. All of the character endings.

To fight against Akuma:
In arcade mode, beat all opponents without using a continue.

To play as Akuma:
In arcade mode, press up over Guile. In all other modes, press up over E. Honda. Rumors state you have to beat him first. I cannot confirm this as I already have him unlocked.

How to more easily fight against and beat Akuma:
The AI gets better the longer you play and play well. If you beat the game, the AI will adjust tactics a bit for the next play. You can reset this by closing the game and going back in. On top of that, if you fail at arcade mode and do not continue, it will be slightly easier depending on how well you played last time. So, pick your best character and see how well you do. If you are find it difficult, go on ahead and just let the AI defeat you multiple times from the first match. Eventually it should become easy enough to destroy with even basic attacks.

Believe it or not, getting to Akuma is harder part. Remember, the AI will start to match up with you. If you have to continue a large number of times against him, he will become less aggressive and do fewer reads and fewer reversals. He will still likely have matches where he opens up on you, but just hang in there. I have beaten him with every character in the game and I consider myself average when it comes to this particular title in the Street Fighter series.
