XCOM Chimera Squad is a breach and clear style turn based tactics game with XCOM Enemy Within and XCOM 2 DNA. You take your squad on missions, set up a breach of a room and then clear the room of enemies. Sprinkle in some classic XCOM BS and you have a (hopefully) winning formula. Rinse and Repeat.
