Surviving Mars is really good PC RTS game. You should establish base on mars, and of course have water, air, power, food, mining capabilities in order to have colonist. There are a lot of building options, and graphics is good. It is full 3D RTS, you can rotate and zoom your view. After you choose your landing site it is important to manage resources from shuttle. First you must have energy, solar or wind, then concrete factory, water and air. If you manage to produce fuel, you can resend shuttle to bring you colonists and additional resources. Game is highly recommended :)
