19the ships in the cycle come at random times (?) and speeds (?) but generally you're aiming for the third ship in the cycle to start coming around the corner before starting your tiptoe chain. to get your regular lancer to stun the tank, aim down and to the right (I use the yellow edge of the platform as a visual guide). once that's done, start walking up-right into the right side of the 'roof' of the ship to stay on it as long as possible. after it's turned a bit you can easily double jump off and glide down.
