So with help of Pagedstraw7 I beat it. I think this problem will be fixed soon, but for now the game can be played in the same way as in the video. This work-round doesn't always work. Try it a few times. I'm not sure if this glitch will remain after the fix, but so be it for now. Apart from level 18, I did not notice any more problems, except that there is no congratulation window in the game. It hurts.
