Did you know Android and Linux are perfectly happy to work together ? With KDE Connect, you can replicate the tight integration that you can experience between an Apple iPhone and a Mac. KDE Connect works on all desktop environments on Linux, and allows you to sync notifications, the clipboard, to exchange files quickly between devices, access the filesystem, make the phone ring on demand, use an Android phone to control media playback or even the mouse...

All you need is to install the KDE connect app from the Play Store or FDroid, and the KDE Connect software on your Linux computer.

KDE Connectt on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.kde.kdeconnect_tp&hl=en

on F-Droid: https://f-droid.org/fr/packages/org.kde.kdeconnect_tp/

Obviously, it is very well integrated with Plasma, but also works with Gnome Shell with the GS Connect extension, and can be installed on any desktop environment. I'm using it here on elementary OS.
