As the title says, the eng patch for the PS2 remake of the Tales of Destiny DC is available and almost at 100%.
As of this up version the game is at:
Scenario Files Translated: 100%
Menus: 96%
Skits: 100%

However I checked their github and they already updated to v0.0.196 so it seems like they are making incremental updates every so often.
I think the game is pretty much playable so grab it when you can:
