Tallgrass Film Fest: Interview with 'Waffle Street' Team
3Project-Nerd was recently at the Tallgrass Film Festival for another year of coverage.
This year’s festival reminded us why we want to go back every year, as the around 200 films were amazing, the volunteers were out of this world, and the filmmakers and stars were great company.
We talked to a number of those in attendance responsible for the films at the show, including the team representing Waffle Street.
"Waffle Street is the true story of Jimmy Adams, a V.P. of a $30 billion hedge fund, who loses his job and winds up working as a waiter at a waffle shop. Amidst the greasy madness of the 24-hour diner, Jimmy befriends Edward, an ex-con grill master who serves up hard lessons about life, finance, and grits."
Director Ian Nelms and Producer Brad Johnson sat down with our own Erin Lei to talk about the movie, Tallgrass Film Festival, and so much more.
