Anyone who has been pvping in the Dark Zone knows that Tank is the only viable build right now. I think that every build, should have some sort of counter. I really don't understand why there is no armor ignorance or armor penetration. There should always be a positive and and negative to every build or else there is no reason to have builds at all.
