Weave 2 (season 4) end event is a good place to do this one, however I'm pretty sure this one shouldn't have counted. The end event is supposed to spawn the fiend, the flamerat and the gunner, as well as some monks.
Bardin called out the monks but I didn't see them arrive at any point. Maybe they failed to spawn and they counted as kills for me when the boss died. I also let go of the trigger by mistake after killing the flamerat, but still somehow got the challenge.
Edit: It looks like one monk did spawn but it was quickly killed by the stormfiend. Probably best to drink the purple and start spraying as soon as you hear the stormfiend spawn in.
