Low effort, I think I was ahead of the 12.97 tas by Hock at the first switch, but then was behind by a frame or two right before the glide. My glide was quicker, which put me ahead. I didn't bother checking to see if the rest of the sections were as quick as the 12.97, but I'm pretty sure they were, if not faster.
