[TAS] Fighter's History 2 - Mizoguchi Kiki Ippatsu (Chelnov)
209Alright, my first TAS (Tool-Assisted Speedrun) of 2017, and this one took about 4-5 hours to do.
So this is a TAS playthrough of Fighter's History - Mizoguchi Kiki Ippatsu (Mizoguchi's Crisis) for the Super Famicom. Since the only people who've TAS'd this game only did the Mizoguchi mode, I decided to make one with the game's end boss, Chelnov. Great if you know who Chelnov is, but in case you don't, here's a short history lesson. Chelnov, also known as the Atomic Runner, came from his own video game called "Chelnov" or "Atomic Runner", an Arcade classic created by Data East in 1988, much like how Karnov came from another Arcade classic made in 1987 named after him. The only way to play as Chelnov is with the use of a cheat code. At the Title Screen (after you've heard the announcer say "Fighter's History!"), after you watch the opening cutscene, press Down, Down, Up, Up, Right, Left, L, R. You'll know you put the code in correctly if you hear Mizoguchi shout.
