You've seen Turbo Mode, where attacks can be canceled on hit. You've seen the Generalized Super Code, where any action can be acted out of.
Now, get ready for the Master Extreme Code, which basically turns the game into a Dragon Ball Z simulator.

The code basically lets you move around at a very fast speed, even under circumstances where you wouldn't be able to, like in hitstun, hitlag, or at the beginning of the fight. The speed also stacks (Or cancels out) with movement you'd be able to achieve normally, so you run more quickly, fall faster, and hover in the air depending on your actions.

Keep in mind that this code doesn't work properly if you inject the code into Project M's .gct file. I believe the only way to have it work for Project M is through Dolphin's cheat manager. All of you can experiment, of course.
