4rd Strike Q is so much better at everything, better dramage\priorities\faster moves and new target combo and stronger links to super moves or special arts

SA3 is now a Super Grab with lot of invincibility on startup and not a gimmicky install mode where he can either do that (badly) or do an explosive non-grab hit-attack.

SA3 Q is the most defensive version of Q to play pretty much.
