TBone Tries Random Games - Endless Abyss Initial Thoughts!
25Just checking out randoms games that I see, and thought I'd give a little review of the game itself and see whether it'll be fun to try out. The game uses a different kind of deck building mechanic. It's very much like Pirates Outlaws. The game looks like it's still in early release mode, so there are some graphics issues still.
This is a purely single player game, does have replay possibilities, and does require some thought put into the card selection and upgrade paths. Initial fights seem to go smoothly, and the concept is relatively easy to understand, so it's not a complicated game to play though but seems like the difficulty could scale relatively high for a good challenge.
Not a game for anyone who is looking for guild-type adventures or socializing, but fun for a challenge to see how far you can go in the levels without dying while building up stronger decks to take down stronger bosses.
