Technical Difficulties clip extended | Royalty-Free Video Clip | CC-BY 3.0
10Extended version of the Technical Difficulties video which I've incorporated into one of my stream scenes.
I saw this clip being used by a few VTuber clippers* and thought I'd extend it out a bit in case they needed something longer than 2 seconds & didn't want to duplicate the original Technical Difficulties clip (https://youtu.be/dum9jvrFL8Q).

Added Digital Glitch, Film Damage, and Scanline effects to the image in DaVinci Resolve (https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/davinciresolve/). The Film Damage & Scanline effects are applied as an Adjustment Clip over all tracks. A second instance of the image (Intermission Break Watch Tv Test) is added about midway through on Track 2. This duplicate instance of the image has the Digital Glitch effect added to it.
The beep at the beginning was duplicated and overlaid it on itself to get the desired audio effect at the start.
Added a downward pitch shift (-7 Semitone & -42 Cents) as well as a "Cathedral" reverb + "LoFi" effect to the second instance of the "Computer Glitching, Digital Data Corruption" sound effect. The third instance of that sound effect was slowed to 10 frames per second and pitch correction was disabled (effectively shifting the pitch down).
