Tell me the Sphinx wasnt Anubis

1my dog Anubis sits identical to the Sphinx and has his tail and hindquarters always sitting just like said monument. the hill even used to be called Tep tu ef (sp?) or Hill of Anubis in predynastic times (pretty sure thats how Chuck @ cfapps channel summed it up). but that should clear up that dogs don't sit like the Sphinx does tail and all and even though his tail isn't as long it could have easily been manipulated during the age of Leo or whatever to appear more leonine by extending it plus all the water erosion.. Check out more videos Chuck has up about it for more info that the lion paradigm is probably wrong.
