ACHIEVEMENT: This Is Despicable ((31:00)
go to the shed on the right side of the house and try to open the locked door 3 times and each time tyler will comment about the lock after a few attempts you unlock the achievement.
Collectible 2: The Mad Hunter
When you go under the house and under the wooden beam follow the path and at the split go to the right to the dead end. You will see the collectible on the floor to the left.
ACHIEVEMENT: One For The Collection (41:25) 25GS (if you already got this Achievement previously it wont pop here)
ACHIEVEMENT: Homecoming (46:35)
50GS Unmissbale Earned once you both enter the front door of the house
ACHIEVEMENT: Crafty Goblins (41:17)
MISSABLE 50GS
After you find a book in your room upstairs you will be told you need to enter your mothers bedroom. The door has 2 options to solve the puzzle or bust the door down. Choose to solve the puzzle which the answers are found it the book you found upstairs. Read the story The Princess Party
To find the answer on your own or the solution is SPOILER BELOW. Once you solve the puzzle the door will unlock and you earn the Achievement

Collectible 3: The Wise Princess (1:07:55)
Once you have control after unlocking the door puzzle to your mothers bedroom, immediately walk over to the right side kf the bed and look on the floor to get collectible 3. I missed it and not shown in this video (not required at the moment but we got em all in case) I made a video showing how to get it at the very end of the credits.
Location: Tessa's Cafe (1:30:50)
Collectible: 4 The Pious Pelican (1:41:00)
After Tessa comes in and has a conversation with you, go to her office open the cabinet to her right and grab the collectible on the shelf.
*Missable Achievement Follow the guide and video or this will be missable and require a replay of the chapter.
ACHIEVEMENT: Full Confession (1:47:57 Starts the achievement) 50GS
After the cabinet you want to follow the video
Then go in and ask tessa the following question A Your fight with Mary ann.
Then go to the front and ask her husband tom about the song her mother and tessa used to listen to.
Then in order of video find the 2 memories the first the one near the front of the store, then the one in back near the office and ice machine after that go into the office and use the computer. In the computer read the emails, and make sure to read Alliance for transitional families email and the top right of screen will mark off you found it. Then walk over the cabinet where the collectible was and grab the notebook 2004.
Open and read pages mary ann.
After you have all the evidence speak to tessa once again and choose A We remember details. After the cutscene if you followed the video and guide you will leave the store and then the achievement will pop at (2:00:20)

ACHIEVEMENT: Hacking 101 (2:06:20)
After going upstairs and talking to your uncle Eddie, he will give you keys for the break room. Walk downstairs and instead of going to the door on the right to the break room go forward to the receptionist locked door in the middle front of the room.
In this room use the comluter and choose the officer D. Wilson and spoiler the code is SALEM

ACHIEVEMENT: We Need To Talk (2:08:36)
After hacking, head to the break room and follow the video. After opening the door go into the locker room on the right. Walk around and wait, trying each locker until tyler sits down. When he does a prompt to sit next to him appears, sit down.
You have to choose each answer and wait a few mins. Then get up and the Achievement will pop.
ACHIEVEMENT: Bound To A Lie (2:11:33)
Right after the last Achievement you will go and make coffee and a cutscene will appear. Afterward the achievement will pop as its story related and Unmissable.
Collectible: 5 The Ice King
After the achievement pops go into the room at timestamp and in the back right corner after the memory with your uncle look left on the ground and grab the last collectible in this chapter.
ACHIEVEMENT: Chapter One (2:23:28)
