Test Drive 5 is a racing video game developed by Pitbull Syndicate and published by Accolade for PlayStation and Microsoft Windows in 1998.

Technical:
I checked the PC version original file and realized that despite being only 15fps, it actually has much higher resolution, so the "Pitchshifter" label finally looks good when AI enhanced :) It just had to be cropped and resized due to very strange aspect ratio (width is higher than height). Frame interpolation was done with FLAVR model, which can handle fast scenes with grace, as opposed to other AI models, so 15fps was not a problem anymore.
