After like two hours and three failed streams, I finally got it working by switching the output direction from the splitter lmao.

Originally:

Output 1 to Monitor, Output 2 to capture card. Only worked on 1080p. Meaning if a game or console output changed to 720p, it would get no signal,

Working:
