TESV SE - Riverside Lodge and Nord follower Faye
6Riverside lodge is a large player home near the waterfall between Riverwood and whiterun.
The house has some extra features like being able to change rooms to better fit the player. and choosing to have the extra bed room for followers or children. There's also a hot tub and sauna that has scripts to undress you when you use them. The only issue I've found with this mod is that you have to manually put your clothes back on after the house script removes them.
because this mod makes slight edits to the road it will be incompatible with northern roads.
