I've done "Bind Q noclip" to toggle being able to clip through walls, to get back to start points quicker. "sv_cheats 1" must be on, the jump script enables that.

"mp_tournament 1" makes it so the round never ends and you don't need to deal with team swaps/setup phase.

"map pl_upward" puts you on whatever map you want to play alone. "sv_lan 1" or "sv_password kdfjlafd" may be helpful if somehow people can join your game and you want your mom to leave you alone and close the door.

Enable the console under "advanced" where you set your keyboard controls.
