It is finally here the release of the long awaited Metroid Dread. The return to 2D Metroid and the sequel to Fusion that Matt and Derek have been waiting for.
Episode 4 has the return of a long awaited boss from prior games, hHats right, the big boy returns. We take a few deaths but handle the fight well eventually. We get our Varia suit and the ability to handle th eheat after a very fun and tense sequence and we also get some other returning powers.
Unfortunately this Metroid play through will just feature Derek, due to some scheduling issues, but he is going in completely blind with absolutely no story or gameplay knowledge.
