Using some fun item/sound/graphics mods from The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+'s Steam Workshop page. In one mod pack, Cain is buffed to start with an item that maxes out his Luck stat for the rest of the room when used. And, well... We see what comes of that.

This run also features BY FAR my favorite item, which I wish had ended up being made official: Greg the Egg. This item is useful without being overpowered, was very well thought-out, is fun to have around, and is just cute as the dickens. HIGHLY recommended!
