I always get a bad feeling when some game that's already good (or supposed to be good, I've yet to review Carson City) puts out a card game spinoff. A lot of the time, they tend to be lacklustre in comparison, but there are exceptions to the rule (I'll take Power Grid: The Card Game over the original any day).

So how does this one fare? Will the scoring phase drive me to another rant?
