Rarely are we afforded the opportunity to play at an FPS Creator game at various stages of its development, much less one that has undergone such significant changes from one version to the next. But 'The Canalyst', developed by German developer TheK, is one such example of how far a game can come in two years of polishing. The presentation of this game is top-notch, and it is certainly ambitious but, as we shall see, it's not without its issues and - sadly - was never completed and released in full. Despite the bugs I encountered, I still feel that's a massive shame, because this one had great potential.
