In this episode I invite you over for a cup of tea to talk about the channel.
If you are looking for a traditional GHGtv tech or pc video, I’d skip this one.

It’s more of a casual catch up.
We will be back to tech content next episode.

However if you want to know a little bit about where the channel began and where I have been, make yourself a tea or grab a beer if that’s more your thing and join me.

In The past section, I discuss a little bit about what started the channel and my brief experience of doing it full time.

In the present section, I briefly touch on my studies and speak about my own mental health to try encourage those who might be watching this video and feeling down that there is hope, Once you can get honest about where you are and get some professional help.
I believe Honesty with yourself is the first step,
If you are suffering, you are not in this alone.

The reason I felt so compelled to encourage viewers who are feeling this way to do this, is because I have spoken with a few viewers in the past who have been feeling this way. While I am honoured that they feel connected enough to the channel that they would write to me about something so personal, I always end up telling them that I am just a guy and that a professional psychologist or therapist is what is needed to truly help them feel better. They are trained to help you understand why you are feeling the way that you do and can help enormously to give you strategies to get back to having a more healthy mind.

In the future section, I liken the unpredictable ocean behind me to how much I can promise in terms of consistency and frequency of video production this year. But I make a promise to pour as much love and passion as possible into whatever I do end up making.

If you liked the music from a few of my more recent videos,
check out my music making friend, he made lots of it.
I've known him since School and it's fantastic to see him perfect his craft.
He is far too humble to tell people about himself so I am doing it for him.
If you listen and enjoy his music, let him know.
